Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Architect to serve as
a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring the successful
adoption and expansion of their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account teams to provide technical support and
coverage
Define and implement technical success plans tailored to customer
goals
Facilitate customer onboarding and drive the consumption of
solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Systems, or a related field preferred
Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical
Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent
technologies is a plus
Understanding of key IT domains, particularly Observability,
Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search
Willingness to learn and implement new technologies effectively
