Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote IT L1 Helpdesk Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone, email, and remote diagnostic technical support
for hardware, systems, and applications
Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service
issues
Document issues in the support solution database and escalate
complex problems to senior support
Required Qualifications
1+ year in a customer service role
Experience in a call center or technical support environment is
preferred
Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and basic network
issues
Understanding of network, server, and desktop administration
fundamentals
Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build business
relationships
