Key Responsibilities
Receives and responds to routine informational inquiries and
service requests using various communication technologies
Handles escalated and complex inquiries across a broad range of
topics
Adapts and interprets reference materials as needed for task
completion
Required Qualifications
High school diploma with 0 - 2 years of experience
Must have an active AOUSC Public Trust clearance
