- BLS Job Details
-13 weeks
-40 hrs/wk
-7a-7:30p or 9a-7:30p
- No weekends or holidays
- Cerner, full PACS PS360

Job Requirements
- BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
- License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start
- Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed
- Trinity I9 must be completed by the agency
- Trinity Health Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement must be signed
- Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form must be completed
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year
- Trinity Color Vision must be verified
- COVID-19 Vaccine proof required
- MMR vaccination proof required
- Hepatitis B vaccination proof required
- Influenza Vaccine proof required
- Varicella vaccination proof required
- Tdap vaccination proof required
- Physical/Health Statement must be provided
