Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees and evaluates the performance of customer service
representatives
Assists medical practitioners with contracting, credentialing, and
procedural inquiries
Develops educational materials and workflow improvements for
provider relations
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of college or three to four years of customer
service experience, preferably in medical insurance
Two to three years of supervisory experience in a medical facility,
HMO, or insurance company
Equivalent related work experience may be considered
