Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Advisor to join their
Customer Experience and Research team.
Key Responsibilities
Train and educate clients on platform features and
functionalities
Provide recommendations for clients' research design and assist in
running research projects
Act as a customer advocate by sharing client feedback to improve
product offerings
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology,
market research, or a related field; MA/MS is a plus
1 - 4 years of professional experience, with 1 - 3 years in
client-facing roles
Strong project and time management skills
Established knowledge of user research, UX, and/or consumer
research
Genuine interest in research and technology
