A company is looking for a Senior Talent Partner focused on GTM.

Key Responsibilities

Build and implement sourcing strategies for talent acquisition
Develop talent pipelines through community engagement and referral generation
Support hiring managers by managing hiring processes and interview administration

Required Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for startups with a high hiring bar
Experience across Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support disciplines
Background in high-growth environments with rapid team expansion
Ability to engage both active and passive candidates through various channels
Experience in generating reports to enhance hiring processes
