Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collision Response Specialist to
resolve collision issues and provide support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the internal helpdesk for Accident Services
Handle service failures and requests related to drivers, clients,
and vendors
Communicate client process changes and provide management reports
for performance review
Required Qualifications
High School degree
Five (5) years of automotive industry service experience
Three (3) years of customer service experience
Two (2) years of Collision Specialist experience preferred
ASE or ICAR certification is a plus
