Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist
responsible for managing customer relationships and providing
exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive customer service through high volume phone
support and timely email responses
Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, including processing returns
and credits
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and analyze
customer issues for resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred; veterinary clinic experience
is desirable
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Word
and Outlook needed
Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
Experience in maintaining organized and systematic information
processes
