Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Research and provide patients with estimated out-of-pocket costs
for immunotherapy and durable medical equipment
Obtain authorizations for durable medical equipment setup
Communicate and collaborate with Expert Sleep Division staff
daily
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma
1 year of medical billing office experience preferred
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Excel
Understanding of deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
Knowledge of Availity and Navinet preferred
