Job Description:
A company is looking for an Online Reading Tutor to work as an
independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual tutoring sessions using the designated platform
without lesson planning
Manage student behavior and engagement throughout sessions
Create a safe and respectful learning environment while documenting
session observations
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and based in the U.S. with a U.S.
mailing address
Knowledge of reading best practices aligned with the science of
reading
Experience teaching or tutoring K-8 students, including having a
teaching license or tutoring experience
Access to a computer, webcam, and reliable high-speed internet
connection
Classroom and online teaching/tutoring experience preferred
