Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Marketer to craft and
execute data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across
various platforms
Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as ROI, CAC, ROAS, and
LTV
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using
analytics tools
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital
advertising, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
Proven success in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for
measurable ROI
Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and analytics tools
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation
strategies
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar
platforms
