This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Position is eligible to work from home after the probation period with the expectation to report to the office once per week.Summary: The Claims Processing Representative will provide a key role in reviewing and analyzing dialysis claims rejections, corrections and running financial reports.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming Revenue Cycle calls from patients and staff.
• Assist patients courteously with billing questions, payments, and complaints over the phone.
• Review and update patient information, making necessary changes and capturing correct patient demographics and insurance information.
• Prepare commercial insurance checks to be posted.Education/Experience/Skills:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years' of similar or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of dialysis process and dialysis billing - preferred.
  • Ability to use computer, office equipment, including keyboard skills.
  • Ability to work under multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, as a team and with dialysis staff and/or patients as needed for insurance purposes.
  • Must possess knowledge of UB-04 billing for Dialysis services and reimbursement in compliance with CPT and ICD guidelines.
