• Certification Details
• Required Certs: ARDMS, ARDMS, AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, RVT, BLS
• Required for RNs in these units: Behavioral Health, Birthplace, Cardiac Imaging, Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab, Cardiac Stroke Center, Digestive Health, Emergency Department, MICU, PACU, Pain Management, O.R., SICU, Surgical Float Pool, Telemetry.
• Required for RNs in these units: PACU, Pain Management, Pediatric Unit, ER.
• Required for Nursery, NICU, L&D RNs.
• Required for ER RNs.
• AWHONN Intermediate required for L&D RNs.
• HIPAA required and expires annually.
• Primary source verification must be within 30 days of start.
• For RNs, state licensure must be verified through NURSYS (when applicable-currently all states except HI and MI) AND primary source verification. Must be ran within 30 days of start.
• This may be required: Valid for 1-2 years depending on certification card.
• Required for all Psych positions.
• Required for all RN's with an 80% pass rate.

    • Skills needed: General, Abdomen, OB/GYN, Renal/Pelvis, Small Parts, Vascular - Carotid/Arterial, Doppler Studies, Peripheral Vascular, Renal Artery duplex, Upper/Lower Extremity Venous, Upper/Lower extremity Arterial, M-Mode Renal, Artery Duplex.
    • Preferred: Arterial Mapping / Graft Studies, Ultrasound Guided Biopsy/FNA
    • Must have PACS/Portables, GE
