  • Current 2 years of current PACU RN experience
    
  • Current IA RN License
    
  • Current BLS, PALS and ACLS Certifications
    
  • Epic Experience an travel experience required
    
  • Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
    
  • Drivers License
    
  • EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
    
  • Final RTO or any scheduling requests
    
  • Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
