• Certification Details
• BLS, License/Certificate Verification, Fit Test, NIHSS, Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen, Trinity Code of Conduct Form required
• COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B vaccination details needed
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing, Trinity Color Vision, Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form necessary

  • Job will require working every other weekend and every other holiday
    • Job Requirements
    • American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel
    • Attach scan of certifications with expiration date
    • Fit Test and NIHSS certification required
    • 9 Panel Drug Screen without THC required within 30 days of start date
    • Standard I9 completion by agency
    • Physical/Health Statement indicating candidate is fit to work
    • Resume, Skills Checklist, and 2 Professional References needed before onboarding

      • State verification for RNs and LPNs, NURSYS verification needed
