Key Responsibilities
Drive the creation and execution of the digital transformation
strategic plan, focusing on advanced digital technologies
Lead technology analyst, design technology, and software
engineering teams to implement transformational technologies
Evaluate technology investments and ensure alignment with business
goals while mentoring team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, CS, CIS, or related field; Master's
degree preferred
15+ years of experience in a technology-related field, with 10+
years in leadership roles
Experience leading digital transformation in businesses with legacy
core models
Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
