A company is looking for a Manager, Billing & Claims
Submission.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the claims submission and paper claims functional area for all
clients
Design and implement processes and operational policies to meet
customer needs and ensure SLA compliance
Manage quality assurance standards and collaborate with operational
leaders to handle escalations and identify improvement
opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
6+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, customer
service, claims, or related fields
Experience in a lead or supervisory role
