A company is looking for a Manager, Payor Strategy
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with insurance
company contacts
Oversee internal workflows related to insurance contracts and
ensure compliance with contract terms
Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and create
educational resources for field operators
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in payor contracting processes
Broad knowledge of healthcare insurance and reimbursement
practices
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial insurance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
