Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Success Manager (B2B
SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
Train billing teams on best practices and assist in their
transition to the Prompt platform
Provide ongoing support and solutions to customer inquiries via a
help desk platform
Develop workflows tailored to unique team needs within the EMR/PM
system
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the medical billing industry
Experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics
Strong technical skills with various software platforms
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and take on greater
responsibilities
