A company is looking for an Events Manager, Tradeshows &
Conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of Tier 1 conferences and oversee
Tier 2 events aligned with business goals
Define event strategies and ensure alignment with key customer
segments and go-to-market priorities
Develop and manage event budgets, track performance metrics, and
conduct post-event analysis for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years in event management or marketing, focusing on conferences
and high-impact events
Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional
programs
Strong budget management skills with a focus on maximizing
impact
Analytical mindset for interpreting data to improve event
performance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or
related field preferred
