Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collection Services Representative I
to assist Business to Business clients with delinquent account
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding account status and
billing inquiries
Resolve simple client requests and provide necessary account
documentation
Initiate contact with clients regarding outstanding account
balances and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or General Educational Degree (GED)
6+ months of experience in customer service or a call center
1+ year of experience in collections, billing, or a related
field
Knowledge of collection procedures and Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel
Ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize workload
effectively
