customers, clients and other key contacts to provide information

Insurance and/or Financial Services industry experience
preferred.
Job Details:
Interact with customers by telephone or via e-mail to provide
information about products and services or to obtain details of
complaints.
Handle inquiries, complaints, requests, and track and maintain via
software.
Communicate daily with managers regarding any issues with
accounts.
