Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide a primary resource for business applications support;
includes changes to user account information, resetting passwords,
security updates, hardware inventory, hardware disposition, network
backups and mobile devices.
Provide systems analysis techniques and procedures for all
organizations business applications including Card Access.
Assist in the testing, analysis, modification and maintenance of
business applications.
Modify and apply operating system updates to all workstations,
notebooks and servers as needed. Install and configure new
hardware/software, including consulting with users to determine
hardware, software or system functional specifications.

Education and/or Experience:

- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year
college or technical school; and one to three years of related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
Language Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety
rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers
or employees of organization.
- Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all
units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw
and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a
variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
form.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Must maintain a valid Iowa Driver's license and personal
liability insurance on your vehicle in the amounts prescribed by
law.
Other Qualifications:

- Knowledge of/and or experience working with RDMS,
Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and .net
preferred.
